I run a PR agency, Metal Rabbit, that specializes in corporate communications including crisis and reputation management, media relations, entertainment PR, and digital strategy.

I was born in LA, raised in Oakland, and graduated from UC Berkeley.

I split my time between NYC and the Hudson Valley.
