Day Two

Thank you to everyone for the outpouring of support. Friends and colleagues from far and wide reached out asking how they could help. This tells us we’re on the right path and this issue really strikes a chord with people of all races. We are currently working on programs that will harness the will of the people and allow supporters to channel their feelings of rage, anger, and despair into meaningful change. If you want to get involved, sign up for our mailing list (located in the footer of the site) or send us a message through our Contact page.

Combatting anti-Asian crime is at the forefront of our mind, and we’ll do everything we can to help fight injustice when we see it. That being said, there are plenty of activists and voices that cover current events far better than we ever could including michellekimkim, @yoonj_kim, ddionlimtv, and NextShark. So definitely follow them to stay informed, and know we’re working behind the scenes to address the very root of the problem.

VISIBLE ASIANS is meant to serve more as a think tank to devise ways of increasing media visibility for all Asians, not just in times of injustice, but in all aspects of life.

We are just getting started.

For a frank and concise discussion of recent events and to show what we’re fighting for, watch this piece by @yoonj_kim:
